SEMACO is a general distributor of several companies producing tools and equipment for milling and also Top quality software for tooling on Czech market.
SEMACO is also important partner for more then 200 Czech and Slovak companies in implementation of modern technologies and cooperation.
At present there are 5 branch offices in CR and SR


SEMACO′s offer includes the most progressive technologies in:

• Milling and drilling
• equipment Software CAD/CAM, for optimalisation of machining, RMP for job oriented production, CNC for machines

• The company SEMACO tools and software, s.r.o. has participated in the marketof special tools for machining and all related services since 1993 year. In 1996 year has legally been established as a Ltd. Company . The main share is in property of Mr. Petr Czorny. Mr. Czorny had worked for 27 years for tooling division of the Mercedes Germany, one of the lead world automotive company . He had worked his way up from simple worker to high manager level. At this time he had acquired the practical knowledge of machining process, progressive technologies, leading organization, contacts to the best suppliers of tool equipment, mold and die repairing, cooperation .
• Since the beginning the main goal has been : to offer the full range of tools as well as the related services leading to higher automation of production process, increase of productivity as well as performance in engineering.
• The main offer includes milling, drilling and other machining tools, progressive technologies, additional electrical and mechanical HSC spindles, industry cleaners, measurement devices, deep hole drilling (cannon), foggy cooling.
• Because good tooling equipmen should be supported by goot software, SEMACO added to its program the special CAD/CAM software Work-NC (3axes as well as 5 axes programming), highly suitable for complicated and complex form surfaces as well as NCspeed for toolpath optimalisation. Another software product is complex job oriented MRP system WorkPLAN.
• In all activities the company is oriented to the highest quality of foreign products, which are patented and tried by foreign mostly automotive industry.
• SEMACO has also obtained ISO 9001 Certificate.
• To provide the best support and service and necessary background for the customers SEMACO employees have trained abroad, have met the newest trend in technologies, have participated in prestigious exhibitions
• E.g.in April 2005 the management of SEMACO attended exhibition Intermold 2005 in Tokyo, Japan.
• Activity of the company is not only in business , SEMACO is one of the constituent members in Association of tooling in Czech Republic including 16 mold and die producers which organize special seminars to improve technology of production, mutual cooperation, supply of products and services.
• First oficial meeting of SEMACO management and JDMA management (Japan die and mold association) was in April 2005 in Japan ( as well as visit of some JDMA members production companies ).
• Next step – SEMACO organized the programme of JDMA visit of Czech Republic in November 2005.
